What this is

Date with Chase is a fun, entertainment audition page. HLK LLC runs it. You can send a short application so Chase and the organizers can review it. It is not a contest with a prize, not a talent-show contract, and not a dating service with a promised match.

You must be 18 or older

By submitting, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. We do not accept applications from anyone under 18.

No guarantee of contact, a reply, or a date

Sending an application does not mean Chase will contact you, reply, meet you, or go on a date. Organizers may review some, all, or none of the submissions. Nothing on this page is an offer of a date.

Fast Pass

The optional 99¢ Fast Pass only moves your application toward the top of the review list so Chase is more likely to see it first. It does not guarantee a reply, a date, or any other outcome. Fast Pass charges appear as HLK LLC. Fast Pass payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law.

Submissions

You are responsible for what you send. We may remove or ignore submissions that are inappropriate, unlawful, harassing, or that we reasonably decide do not belong on the list. We may close or change the page at any time.

No TV-show affiliation

This page is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any television network, dating show, or other entertainment franchise. “Date with Chase” is just the name of this fun audition.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, HLK LLC, Chase, and the page organizers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any missed connection, reply, or date. Our total liability for a claim about this page is limited to the amount you paid us for Fast Pass on that claim (if any), or $1 if you paid nothing.

Kentucky law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Kentucky have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
